Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

The store will issue a full refund to the customer in cases where the store is unable to deliver the purchased item(s) as ordered. The full amount will be refunded without any deductions.

Refund Processing Time

  • For credit card payments made through a commercial bank registered in Thailand: The refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for payment. The process takes approximately 15–45 business days, depending on the billing cycle of the customer’s credit card issuer.

  • For payments via Internet Banking or bank transfer: The refund will be transferred only to the same name and bank account number from which the payment was made. The process takes approximately 2–3 business days.

Exchange & Return Policy

Once the customer has received the product, please inspect it carefully. If there are any errors or defects caused by the store, you may request a return or exchange by following the steps below:

  1. Please contact the store to request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  2. Return the item to the store via a trackable shipping method (e.g., EMS). The store will cover the shipping cost and refund it together with the product price.

  3. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, with all manuals and accessories included.

  4. Once the returned item is received and the reported issue is verified, the store will issue a refund or send a replacement, as agreed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order only if the order is still in processing status or the item has not yet been shipped.

Shipping Policy

    • The shipping timeline starts only after the customer has received an order confirmation email with full payment successfully completed.

    • Customers can contact the store during business hours only: 09:00 – 19:00, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays, store holidays, and Sundays). The store reserves the right to decline service outside these hours.

    • Orders will be shipped within 2 business days using private courier services and Thailand Post. Standard delivery typically takes approximately 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery area.

    • Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier company. Sundays, public holidays, and government holidays are not included in the delivery period.

    • Customers cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

    • If a customer requests to change the shipping address, it is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions. Additional fees may apply for cross-region deliveries, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

    • Shipping services are available within Thailand only.
